The central location was super convenient, with the beach just a short 15-minute walk away and the famous La Rambla only 3 minutes away. The price per night was jaw-droppingly cheap, making it an incredible value for money. Free wi-fi in public areas, luggage storage, air conditioning, and a strict no smoking policy on site were additional bonuses.

During my recent travel to Barcelona, I had the opportunity to stay at Pension Colmenero. This hotel proved to be the perfect choice for my transit stay. I was pleased to discover that Pension Colmenero is conveniently located only 1.4 km from Passeig de Gràcia, which made it easy for me to explore the city during my short stopover. the hotel is situated a mere 5-minute walk from Liceu, allowing me to easily access public transportation and move around the city efficiently.

While my experience at Pension Colmenero was overall positive, there was one minor drawback that I noticed during my stay. The wifi signal in the hotel could be improved.
